All orders ship from Philadelphia, PA within 1 business day of confirmed payment.
Standard Shipping
$5.95 flat rate. Domestic US only. Ships via USPS or UPS Ground depending on package size. Typical delivery 2–5 business days.
Payment clearance
Orders are shipped after payment clears:
- Card payments (coming soon): Ships within 1 business day of authorization.
- Venmo (temporary): Order placed on hold until we confirm receipt in Venmo, typically within a few hours. Ships within 1 business day of confirmation.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is scanned.
Restricted states
Currently no state-level restrictions on bacteriostatic water. Should we add syringes or other regulated items, we’ll update this policy with any state restrictions.
International
We do not ship internationally at this time.
